Yesterday I was clever,
so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise,
so I am changing myself.

About The Wisdom Space
Wisdom is arguably the most powerful thing any of us can develop, not just for ourselves but for our families, communities and planet. It helps us to cope with the complexities and uncertainties of life, and to make better decisions for the greater good of ourselves and those around us – something we need now more than ever.
We gain wisdom through listening, reflecting, experiencing and just be-ing. Learning from the challenges that we and others face, and finding our own truth which lies within them. This helps us to make sense of what really matters as our lives continue to unfold.
The Wisdom Space is a nonprofit community interest company which is dedicated to bringing people together to share wisdom across the generations to create more conscious, compassionate and connected communities. We do this by hosting regular events in and around Bradford on Avon as well as by offering the opportunity for nature connection at the magical Wise Woods Project.

Michelle Hawkins-Collins (Founder)
“All of us get older, few of us get wiser. And yet wisdom is one of the greatest qualities a person can possess. It confers a deep understanding of human nature, the ability to listen with an open mind, humility and compassion for all life. In our increasingly uncertain and fragmented world, we need wisdom more than ever.”
Sue Brayne (Elder)
“The world is awash with knowledge, but very little wisdom. Wisdom holds us steady in times of change and helps us to unite rather than divide. When people come together to engage with the wisdom of what really matters, we can face just about anything.”
